Terms & Conditions

  • You must pay the remainder of the booking either on delivery or BEFORE the equipment is setup (in Cash/ Bank Transfer)
  • Equipment will only be setup in a clean environment
  • The equipment is booked as 'dry hire' only, if rain is forecasted unfortunately we will cancel the booking (please check the weather were possible as we will do the same)
  • Equipment will not be setup if there is excessive pet mess or any dangerous obstructions
  • Equipment MUST fit the size of the designated area and the additional surrounding areas around it
  • Our insurance policy covers the equipment and setup and not the usage of participants, you as the hirer must ensure that if additional cover is required that it is your responsibility to provide cover and that you also provide adequate supervision to meet insurance policy requirements.
  • The hirer agrees to ensuring the environment and area surrounding is safe, accessible and available or will lose their deposits if not.
  • If you would like to cancel the booking due to pending bad weather, an alternative agreed date will be negotiated
  • The equipment has both an age and height limit please ensure that these restrictions are followed by all, this will be seen in the descriptions of each inflatable.
  • Adult supervision is required at ALL TIMES whilst the equipment is in use and use your responsibilities
  • All shoes, jewellery, earrings, sunglasses, watches or anything sharp that can damage the equipment is removed or a charge will be incurred
  • No silly string, party poppers, face paint or ink pens are allowed on the equipment as this could perminately damage the inflatables.
  • No smoking, fires or cooking ( this includes a bbq) on or near any of the equipment.
  • No hanging or climbing on the side walls or on top of the equipment this can be extremely dangerous, and cause harm to yourselves.
  • No food or drink including sweets and chewing gum on the inflatables.
  • Do not allow more than the safe number of people to use the equipment (equipment MUST be supervised)
  • Somersaults, acrobatics, colliding, pushing is strictly forbidden
  • Pets are not allowed on the equipment
  • We strongly advise no one with any pre-medical conditions is to use the equipment e.g. neck injury, healing bones, blood pressure and heart conditions
  • If the equipment is deflated all safely precautions must be taken i.e. no one is using the equipment
  • Equipment should not be used if the jumping bed becomes wet for whatever reasons
  • in the event of heavy rain whilst the equipment is in use, it must remain inflated and electrical equipment is covered.
  • If the blower stops working, ensure that no body uses it and the equipment is folded inwards to reduce damage and and health and safety issues and that Jump N Joy Inflatables are informed immediately.
  • Jump N Joy Inflatables will not be held accountable for any damage to your property whilst gaining access to set up the equipment, it is important that the hirer ensures that there is clear and safe access. Jump N Joy Inflatables can refuse to deliver if access is not safe.
  • Please don’t allow any jumpers to jump on the first front inflatable step, as it is not safe.
  • No behaviour which is deemed to be dangerous is to be acted on the castle to avoid safety issues.
  • Please refrain from water fights near any electricals.
  • Jump N Joy Inflatables will not be held accountable if they are not advised of any underground piping or anything else that could be damaged when stakes/securing pegs are hammered into the ground.
  • When hiring inflatables anywhere but your own house, you must provide us with 2 forms of i.d this being a utility bill with you name and address and then either a drivers license or passport. Without any id the set up will not go ahead and you will lose your deposit.
  • In order to deliver and pick up the equipment within our allotted time slot the hirer must:
    • Clear access outside their property or hall, without blocking the street or carpark for other users
    • acess to electricity
    • Distance between our delivery vehicle and location is less then 20meters
    • Access to the garden or hall is clear and wide enough for the equipment (2.5meters width)
    • The location is clear of garden equipment, trampolines, pet mess, any other obstructions
    • Washing lines are taken down
    • overhanging tree branches are cut and the grass has been mowed
  • We have the right to refuse to deliver equipment if we deem that the location/environment does not meet the acceptable standards
  • You do not have the right to hold on to Jump N Joy Inflatables equipment in an event of a dispute it must be returned at the end of the hire. Any additional costs will be sought via courts and reported to the police.

Cancellation policy:

If you would like to make a cancellation we require a minimum of 48 Hours notice, for you to not incur a charge. If you decided to cancel after this time you will need to pay a fee of 50% of your booking costs.

If you have to cancel on the same day as the booking is scheduled then you will have to make full payment for the original hire cost.

Free cancellation will only be warranted when the cancellation is due to poor weather conditions, or you have given more than 48 hours notice.

Overnight hire:

All our inflatables are available for over night hire if you would like to hire over night the charge will be £30.

This will be collected at an agreed time.

Deposits:

All deposits are returned on collection of the inflatables that are hired. Deposits are only kept during an instance where the hirer is liable for any damage cost or has not followed the cancellation policy.

Delivery Policy:

The cost of the delivery will be shown to you when the location is selected when booking an inflatable. If you are unable to see the area you would like us to deliver to then please feel free to contact us over the telephone as we always keen to be able to meet our customers needs.

If we are unable to provide you with your delivery due to bad weather conditions, vehicle issues, sickness or any other problematic issues. We will inform you and the earliest opportunity.

Finally please always insure as stated in our terms and conditions that the destination is prepared for the delivery. Otherwise it will be a failure for delivery and you will be charged full price.
