Do you Have public liability insurance?

Yes we are covered with public liability insurance, we are covered up to £5,000,000. So please be assured that when hiring with us we have your safety covered.

How do I book?

To make a booking you and click on the following link and it will direct you to our online bookings page, Or you can call us or contact us through text/what’s app on 07539038910.

How do I pay/ do you accept cash?

If you have booked with a deposit, you can pay the remaining cost of your hire in cash on arrival before the equipment is set up, or you can pay via bank transfer.

Will I need to pay a deposit?.

All of our bookings require a 20% deposit of the total price which will be deducted when receiving the remaining payment of the hire.

Is the deposit refundable?

Deposits are only kept during an instance where the hirer is liable for any damage cost or has not followed the cancelation policy. To see the cancelation policy please click here

Can I hire over night?

Yes! we allow overnight hire for a charge.

How long does the set up take?

The set up takes around 15-30 minutes, depending on the size of the inflatable you have hired.

Is there safety instructions?

We have a list of terms and conditions for our customers to sign, this will demonstrate the basic safety instructions and rules that will need to be followed.

Is there an age limit for the castles?

All information on age and height restrictions will be specified under the chosen inflatable.

Will I be charged for delivery?

We do not charge delivery in any South East postcode, surrounding areas may incur a charge, this will show when you are selecting the postcode for the area you will be hiring in.

What do I need to provide to hire an inflatable?

If you are hiring the inflatables to be used at an address that you do not live at then we will require 2 forms of ID. i.e a drivers license and a utility bill dated within the last 3 months. If no ID is provided then the set up will not go ahead, and the deposit will be lost.

How long can I hire for?

We usually aim to deliver all our castles in the morning, and would aim to collect them between 6-7pm, if there is a delay for any reason on our behalf we will aim to let you know as soon as possible. Our castles are available for hire overnight and for later collections at a charge.

What if it rains?

We strongly advise that if it begins too heavily rain, you will need to remove any jumpers and turn off the fan and let the bouncy castle deflate as it is dangerous and can also cause damage.

Can i hire for indoors?

Yes our inflatables are suitable for indoor and outdoor hire. Please be assured to have the correct measurements, as all of our inflatables have descriptions of size.

Is there anything I need to do to prepare before you arrive?

As the hirer you need to make sure that the allocated space and surrounding area, is tidy and clear of any mess that would disrupt the setup or cause damage.

Where do you deliver?

We are based in South East London Greenwich. We cover all of South East London, London boroughs, and Outer London, which may incur a small delivery fee.

What if the weather is bad?

Please use the weather checker to check the weather forecast for the day of your hire. We secure our castle down with pegs or sandbags. However is the wind exceeds 24mph, this is deemed as unsafe, therefore any inflatables will have to be deflated, or cancelation will be applied.
